TASTY KALEJI MASALA




INGREDIENTS:

Kaleegi 1/2kg
Onions 2 to 3 medium(finely choped)
Tomatoes 3 to 4 medium(finely chopped)
Green chillies 2 nos
Ginger less than half inch chop
garlic 6 to 7 nos choped
oil 4tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli ground
1 tsp
Sookha dhania ground 3/4tsp
Garam masala pd 1/2 tsp

PROCEDURE:

Heat oil in a pan add choped onions.Fry it till pinkish.Add chopped tomatoes ginger and garlic ,salt, ground red chillies, ground dhania,and garam masala pd.Roast well till tomatoes mashed then lastly add liver and don't roast more than 8 mins.Sprinkle fresh corriander.Ready to serve.
